World Contact Day 2013 (60 years)

World Contact Day was first declared on March 1953 by an organization called the International Flying Saucer Bureau.


Exactly 60 years later, UFO contact groups once again unite under the same flag on March 15 to internationally and collectively try and make peaceful contact with extraterrestrial beings.

In 2013 it was 60 years ago since the first World Contact Day and the World UFO Day organization decided to make World Contact Day a whole week long instead of the usual day to celebrate the fact that it was 60 years ago.
